City of London Boys School - Phase 2 & 3

Tender description

The City of London Corporation (the City) invites Tenders for the provision of City of London Boys School - Phase 2 & 3. Master Plan 2: (new courtyard building and levelling out the courtyard) and 3: (One storey extension to the fifth floor of the junior school building, including internal remodelling, roof top terrace and improvements to Peter's Hill entrance). The duration of the contract is 2 years, subject to the right of the City (at its sole discretion) to exercise its right to extend the Contract. Additional information: The tender opportunity will be advertised via the capitalEsourcing portal, please ensure that you are registered on the portal which will enable you to participate in the tender process. This will be a Restricted two stage process, the SQ stage we require supplies to complete a Qualification stage (suitability) Pass/Fail questions and followed by SQ technical questions with responses in the form of attachments. You are also required to complete and submit a completed Non Discloser Agreement with your SQ response. The responses will be evaluated and the top 5 ranked bidders will be put forward to the next stage the ITT where there will be further Technical questions that require responses and a price for the project to be submitted by the 5 bidders.
