The redevelopment of the Trebb property on the island of North Ronaldsay, Orkney. The project includes the redevelopment of the existing Trebb property into a two-bedroom flat (1st floor) and an office, meeting room and kitchen (ground floor), as well as a gym and wellbeing centre in the attached shop. The contract also includes the development of a separate new build Wool Mill on the site, as well as the removal of various old items from the site. There are more details in the description. The development at Trebb includes the redevelopment of the existing property and attached shop area, as well as a new build commercial unit within the site curtilage. The existing property will be converted into a two-bedroom flat (1st floor), office, meeting room and kitchen area (ground floor) and gym and wellbeing centre (adjacent shop). The new build commercial building will include a shop, wool mill factory space and a store room.
