Resident Satisfaction Survey - AWARD

Tender description

The Contracting Authority seeks to appoint a supplier to deploy a residents satisfaction survey in 2023. The Supplier is required to use a mixed methods data collection approach in accordance with the Specification for Services. The Supplier is required to deploy a range of data collection methods, including face to face and digital options. The Supplier is required to yield a minimum of 2,000 resident responses, comprising of response levels from various wards in the Ebbsfleet garden city and surrounding areas as set out in the Specification for Services. The Supplier will be required to analyse responses from the survey, write reports and create data visuals, which should, as a minimum, include key results and methodology, a conclusion and recommendations. The survey and all associated deliverables must be completed by 31st October 2023.
