Melrose School Front Entrance Lobby

Tender description

Creation of new glazed aluminium frame entrance lobby at Melrose School, Merton, in order to provide a suitable new visitor entrance. The Contractor will be responsible for taking forward the design of the Lobby and MEP services. Other works include providing a new concrete ramp with balustrade, internal adaptions to allow the works to take place, MEP adaptions, lighting, power, heating etc, in addition to finishes. Works are to be completed within a 4 week period from commencement on-site. We appreciate long lead-in timescales associated with fabricated frames and that it is likely works will be on-site after the school year commences in early September. As such the Contractor will need to develop a phasing plan with the school.
