Part Demolition of existing façade, external stairs, internal accommodation (1,215sqm) and L03 floor slab (388sqm), the Provision of a new extension to the rear of the existing building including new L03 floor slab and L02 infill slab (1,492sqm) and the internal fit-out of a new Operating Theatres Suite, CT Scanning Suite and associated Plant area (1,492sqm) in both the new extension and existing building; all over 5No. floors at the Mater Misericordiae University Hospital. Project is to include all ancillary works associated with the development. Note that these works are to be carried out in a live hospital environment with no interruption to service.
