GB-Colchester: Trinity Square, Colchetser

Tender description

Colchester Borough Homes, acting as Contract Administrator, on behalf of Colchester City Council (the Council) wishes to commission a contractor to undertake this project at Trinity Square, which comprises of the design, fabrication and installation of external windows and external patio doors and the renewal of the replacement of flat roof coverings, balcony and patio waterproof coverings, cavity wall insulation, and renewal of slate wall coverings, and to include all associated activities to enable proper execution of the works, at 14-20 Trinity Square, Colchester, Essex CO1 1JR. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
