Fáilte Way of Management Training

Tender description

Fáilte Ireland runs a series of training programmes for all managers which together comprise the Fáilte Way of Management. This tender is for the delivery of 3 of those programmes in the following lots. Lot 1: Fáilte Way of Talent Acquisition Lot 2: Fáilte Way of People Management Lot 3: Fáilte Way of Financial Management Tenderers can apply for one or more lot. Fáilte Ireland intends to introduce a Learning Management System within the next 12 months. Tenderers will be required to translate the training material developed into a blended model, with elements such as pre course work, assessments, surveys, e learning modules, and live webinars. Lot 1: Lot 1 - Fáilte Way of Talent Acquisition Fáilte Ireland requests proposals for the provision of a new bespoke Talent Acquisition Programme to be delivered over a period of 6 – 9 months to approximately 200 people, commencing in Q2 2023. Lot 2: Lot 2 - Fáilte Way of People Management The Fáilte Way of People Management was originally designed and run in 2019/2020. We now wish to run the programme in two phases. • Phase 1 will take place in 2023 and will be for approximately 50 people who have joined us since the training was last run. • Phase 2 we will require potentially one to three annual sessions from 2024 to the end of this contract for new starters. We would anticipate 15 to 20 participants per session. Lot 3: Lot 3 - Fáilte Way of Financial Management The Fáilte Way of Financial Management was originally designed and run in 2020. Fáilte Ireland now wish to run the programme in two phases. • Phase 1 will take place in 2023 and will be for approximately 50 people who have joined us since the training was last run. • Phase 2 we will require potentially one to three annual sessions from 2024 to the end of this contract for new starters.
