External clean/treatment - The Watermark Building

Tender description

The Watermark is a 3 story building with a Sto Rend type exterior to floors 1 and 2. The exterior needs cleaning and a suitable treatment to remove and provide ongoing protection from greening of the white surface. There is also an area of painted metal cladding and wooden features that also need cleaning/treatment. A site visit is recommended and can be accompanied on request. Quote (by email to the Town Clerk) must include: All works and materials Brief H&S summary including proof of insurance and confirmation of how and when RAMS will be provided A rough plan of how to access all four sides of the building Any additionals that may be required
