Asbestos Removal and Management Llandudno

We are looking for fully qualified and accredited organisation to project manage and deliver asbestos removal from a former M&S High St Store in Llandudno N Wales. We require: • Asbestos removal from the site, and safe recorded disposal • Full project management, including four stage re occupation procedures for licensable asbestos • Provision of online asbestos management portal • On-site air monitoring • 60-day project completion • Weekly progress meeting by senior manager • Bi-weekly audit on LARC and analyst • Live CAD drawings to be kept up to date • ATaC member • UKAS accredited inspection body and testing laboratory (including a bulk testing facility) • Mobile laboratory provision • For project management work , we require all services to be provided in-house and all staff must be employed on a permanent basis, with a dedicated project manager i.e. no subcontracted work • Update of asbestos management plan following each phase • If sub contracting the asbestos removal work, we will require o asbestos project specifications o Obtain quotations from approved and trusted contractors o Review and scrutinize quotations o Tender preparation and review o Updating of all site documents upon completion o For further details please contact Jon Merrick on Jon@mostynestates.co.uk further details will be made available.
