Design, supply, delivery and erection of a Special Education Teaching Space (SET Room) and all ancillary site development works. The project will consist of part removal of existing external finishes and construction of an extension which contains a SET classroom and ancillary accommodation. This extension shall link into the existing school and works shall include making good all internal and external works affected by the proposed construction works, including but not limited site access being made along the perimeter of the existing School. Contractor to note the existing foul effluent system and all underground drainage around the School as this shall be partially exposed to facilitate the proposed works. The contractor will be expected to expose existing drainage (foul and surface/storm water), relocate, and complete all new drainage works as is necessary within the scope of these works.
