MALIN BRIDGE PRIMARY SCHOOL – S.E.N.D. INTEGRATED RESOURCES PROVISION

Tender description

The works which comprises the refurbishment of an existing building located within the site boundary. Refurbishment will comprise a new blockwork external wall construction to the front elevation complete with windows and doors, with remedial work required to the timber framed and tiled pitched roof. Internally, new partitions will be constructed to provide two classrooms, along with other supplementary areas within the building. Mechanical and electrical supply services will be extended from the existing building and the existing drainage installation will be adapted to suit the new extension. It is anticipated that the new facility will address the requirements of the provisions and create up to 16 educational IR places.
