<p>Livv Housing Group is a registered provider of social housing, predominantly in Knowsley, with c.13,000 homes and c.20,000 customers, of varying tenure and type, with a strong community presence. Our ambition is to become an intelligence led, data driven organisation, where we act upon and predict the needs of our customers, unlocking potential and giving people and communities opportunities to flourish.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>We currently carry out transactional surveys following over 80,000 customer transactions each year, resulting in direct feedback on customer ease and satisfaction from over 30% of our customer base. This provides valuable insight which is used to directly improve the services we provide to our customers. Our current ‘voice of the customer’ contract comes to an end on 31st March 2023, and we are now looking to procure a new 2-year contract from April 2023 to March 2025.</p> Keywords: Voice of the customer
