Tender description

Replace the existing single-ply roofing membrane, and any trapped water that may be found between the membrane and concrete roof structure below. Replace with a single-ply DoES-compliant uPVC membrane with 80-100mm of tapered rigid insulation. Replace each existing (approx. 14no. of varying sizes) single-skin roof-lights with new double-skin proprietary roof-lights, including blinds in teaching areas, and with new flashings & kerbs. Remove and replace the damaged ceiling tiles to the rooms below and other associated works all as per the attached drawings & specification.
