Tender description

The works will comprise of single storey extensions with 2 no. classrooms, resource/withdrawal room, sensory room, toilets, link corrdior, plant room, (proposed floor area approximately 372m²). Part of the existing school will be demolished to facilitate the extension (floor area to be demolished approximately 67m²). The work will include internal modification to the school layout and alterations to the external elevation and associated siteworks. Mechanical and electrical works included. The works will need to be carried out in phases. Phase 1 will involve the provision of temporary staff office and toilet facility for the school and relocation of the existing prefabricated classroom building prior to the start of the school year.
