Tender description
KGK Community Development Group (the “Client”) wishes to engage a multi-disciplined competent and suitably experienced Consultant (the “Consultant”) to provide relevant engineering / environmental consultancy services) in respect of the design of the project (the Project). This is a multi-disciplinary project and as such the Consultant is required to perform the following professional services and expertise during the life cycle of this project: 1. Civil and Structural Engineering 2. Site Suitability Assessment. 3. Design 4. Cost Estimates 5. Planning services The appointed Consultant shall carry out the works in consultation with and to the direction and satisfaction of the Client. To deliver the required services efficiently the Consultant will be required to have a competent team in place.
