Tender description

Construction of a new two-storey stand-alone annexe extension with covered external link walkway at St Michael’s Secondary School, Wellmount Rd, Dublin 11. The site is to be accessed from Church Street. Works will include construction of a new building, excavation of existing hardstanding and any sub structures from previous buildings on the site, and associated site works, as set out in the attached documents which includes Form of Tender and Pricing Schedule, project specification.
