Tender description

Tenderers should inform themselves of the scope of the works by reviewing all relevant tender documentation and in particular the Works Requirements and Pricing Documents. As a guide the project comprises of but is not limited to the following: Works will involve a full refurbishment of the existing structure and outbuilding on site, to include a full roof replacement and M&E fit out to transform the former Courthouse in Newbliss, a protected structure, to a modern 21st century Digital and Enterprise Hub. External works include provision for the installation of Solar PV, paving, gas tanks, landscaping, lighting, signage, upgrades to storm and foul sewer services, provision of attenuation tanks and all associated and ancillary site works.
