Tender description

The building will consist of two stories with the ground floor of the building being used for Civil Defence Headquarters and the first floor as an Archive Store for Roscommon County Council. An appliance bay of double height will be used by the civil defence for vehicle storage. One section of the building is solely for archival storage for Roscommon County Council. The development will also include an external Boat storage shed. This building will be located on its own site in an Industrial campus on the outskirts of Roscommon town.
