Tender description
The main contract works will consist of a new three storey administrative headquarter building and also providing 66 no. surface parking, cycle parking, landscaping boundary treatments, signage and associated site development works. Vehicular access to the proposed development will be provided via a new access off Marley’s Lane. The electrical reserved specialists works shall consist of installation, testing and commissioning of all electrical installations associated with the above main contract works. Electrical reserved specialists roles shall consist of installation, testing and commissioning of all electrical installations including sub-specialists works associated with the works.
