Tender description
This project is for construction works to two vacant semi detached dwelling units at Newbridge Road, Naas, Co Kildare. The works include some demolition to the existing properties, strip out of existing services, installation of new insulation to cavity, walls, roof and floors. The work include rewiring and replumbing and installation of new Air Source Heat pump systems. A new kitchen will be installed as well as painting, and tiling works. There are ancillary site works and some works to sheds also included. The properties will be re let to new tenants following completion of the project. Suitably qualified contractors are invited to submit tenders. Site visit and inspection is welcomed ahead of the tender submission. The Suitability Assessment Questionnaire response must also be submitted with tender.
