Tender description

The London Borough of Haringey (LBH) has undertaken a strategic review of the housing stock within the Haringey Community Benefits Society's ownership and has determined that those properties shown on the attached List require void repairs in accordance with the deliverable Schedule attached to ensure that they are immediately available for Letting. The appointed Contractor will provide directly employed Labour to ensure that each of the properties is refurbished in accordance with the Specification attached. The purpose of this procurement exercise is to procure a Contractor to complete the voids repairs in a timely manner. This opportunity has been distributed on adamprocure.co.uk
