Tender description
Opening up, clearing, treating and refurbishing dry rot affected areas Remove existing slate roof, carefully store slates for re-use, Provide and fix thermal insulation, batten and counter batten, breather membrane, refix salvaged slates and allow for provision of imported natural slate. Remove existing chimney flashings and provide and fix new zinc flashings. Remove existing soffit and facia and provide and fix new hardwood soffit and facia including decoration. Remove existing rainwater goods and provide and fix cast aluminium gutters and downpipes. Completely restore existing windows and linings. Supply and fix replacement windows, restore linings. Re-pointing stonework barges and copings
