The Works comprise alterations and refurbishment of three (3) CAHMS properties: Airbles Road - Motherwell, Glendoe – Coatbridge, and Glenshirra - Coatbridge. Works will be split into 3 lots based on location. Lot 1: Airbles Road The Works involve down takings, structural steelwork, new flooring, partitioning and ceiling finishes, new services installations, above ground drainage, decoration, fitments, internal doors, roof lights and the like. Lot 2: Glendoe Building The Works involve down takings, structural steelwork, new flooring, partitioning and ceiling finishes, new services installations, above ground drainage, decoration, fitments, internal doors, roof lights and the like. Lot 3: Glenshirra Building The Works involve down takings, structural steelwork, new flooring, partitioning and ceiling finishes, new services installations, above ground drainage, decoration, fitments, internal doors, roof lights and the like.
