CFT 3438 - Multi Party Framework Agreement for Design, Supply, and Installation of Public Realm Recreation Facilities – 3 Lots

Tender description

South Dublin County Council proposes to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of a Multi-Party Party Framework Agreement and is seeking to engage experienced firm in designing, supplying, and installation of recreation facilities which includes but not limited to, teenspaces, playspaces, multi-use games areas, calisthenics parks, parkour facilities, age friendly sports facilities, exercise equipment, ball walls, skateparks (wheelparks), pump tracks, BMX tracks, bike trails, ball courts, sports and recreational facilities, playground surfacing (wet pour, tiger mulch, engineered woodchips, etc…), line markings (courts, and other sports markings), canopies/shelters, and signage (supply and installation) in various locations within the South Dublin County Council area. SDCC will have the option to proceeding to additional associated works if budgets become available. SDCC may require tender to do additional associated hard and soft landscaping (railings, walls, etc…), this may include some civil works aspects such as drainage (SUDS), footpaths, and painting depending on project requirements. Lot 1 - Teen spaces and Playgrounds; Lot 2 - Public Realm Infrastructure and Recreation Facilities for All Ages; Lot 3 - Surfacing works
