Tender description

This is a contract award notice for the appointment of a Contractor to deliver Construction Services under a Two Stage traditional procurement route (including contractor led design elements), and act as Principal Contractor. This is in order to deliver the Cardiff Metropolitan University Residences Refurbishment Project 2023. This follows the previous refurbishment projects completed to date within existing buildings located at the Cyncoed campus.
