Tender description
Nottingham City Council Housing Services are looking to appoint a contractor to carry out reception refurbishment and external redecoration at Springhead Court. Refurbishing the reception to include new ceiling, walls and floor finishes, electrical installations, doors and windows. Redecorating all external elevations to 3 no. blocks including cleaning and painting. Location: Springhead and Holwood Court, Bulwell, Nottingham, NG6 8DX Length of contract: 36 week This is for information only - full tender documents will be available when the tender is published.
