Tender description

This contract is for the development of the existing Cirrus/DCR cost model into a 'Cloud Decision Engine' (CDE) that will support and improve cloud migration and adoption decisions, help accelerate the migration of existing services, and improve the visibility and accuracy of cloud costs and benefits across MOD. Phase 1 of this project was completed under contract CCT1007. This contract covers phase 2.
