Tender description

Contractors are invited to tender for proposed Alterations and Conservation Works to the former Courthouse building consisting of modifications to the existing entrance / lobby arrangement, complete alterations to the existing GF toilet facilities, construction of new in-situ concrete stairs, lowering of ground floor level to rear quarters, specialist lime rendering and waterproof tanking to last, window restoration works, insulation upgrades, and upgrade of building services generally; all in accordance with good conservation practice, at Gaol Road, Roscrea, Co. Tipperary (NIAH Reg No. 22303096).
