MTU are seeking tender submissions from competent contractors for the refurbishment to the old Bank of Ireland premises in the Nexus Building at MTU Bishopstown Campus, summarised as follows: - Full Strip out of the existing space. - Fit out of Reception, Offices and small coffee dock station. - Upgrade of existing Electrical and Mechanical Services within this space. - Allow for the required Fire Stopping. - Supply new joinery and casework documented for this space.
