The property has multiple issues including rising damp through the ground floor concrete slab and a severe condensation issue to the first floor, with settle now looking to appoint a contractor to complete a range of enabling and refurbishment works to bring the property up to the required standard. The property has been extensively surveyed, and a schedule of works has now been established.
