Tender description

Castlethorpe Parish Council are offering the opportunity to tender for the Castlethorpe Cricket clubhouse renovation and a new Castlethorpe Clubhouse Build Adjacent contract. The duration of the contract will be determined upon selected contractor; however, the cricket pavilion phase of the project must be completed and operational by end of March 2024 Lot 1: To refurbish existing cricket pavilion (internal only). This includes stripping out all internal walls, flooring and 1st & 2nd fixings. Expectations would be that the cricket pavilion would be refurbished according to the following titled drawings contained in the ITT 1. Proposed demolition plan 2. Clubhouse proposed finishes plan. 3. Clubhouse general arrangement plan 4. Clubhouse partition plan 5. Existing cricket pavilion building & location plan 6. Proposed clubhouse plan and elevations 7.
