The scheme comprises the minor refurbishment works within the confines of the Harvey Road Clinic. Works include: • General • Demolition Works • New Works • Allow for all new and altered/adapted timber works to be primed and finished • Allow for all new and making good plasterwork to be sealed and finished • The contractor should also highlight their method of ensuring that as the building will be in use during the works and there is sensitive material and equipment in the building his method of securing the building for the duration of the works particularly when the front elevation windows are removed for replacement.
