Nature: The works shall consist of Additional Accommodation to include an Engineering room, a Music room and Home Economics / Textile room and associated ancillary and circulation accommodation, incorporated within a new single storey and a new part single / part two storey extension at the existing school, totalling 549.7m2, including all connection works, alterations to existing building and necessary external site works. The Works are to be carried out and completed ensuring the school teaching function is able to continue uninterrupted during the school teaching year
