Livv Housing Group is a registered provider of social housing, predominantly in Knowsley, with c.13,000 homes and c.20,000 customers, of varying tenure and type, with a strong community presence. Our ambition is to become an intelligence led, data driven organisation, where we act upon and predict the needs of our customers, unlocking potential and giving people and communities opportunities to flourish. \r \r Livv Housing Group currently carry out transactional surveys following over 80,000 customer transactions each year, resulting in direct feedback on customer ease and satisfaction from over 30% of our customer base.
