Granagh Development Association is inviting Tenders / Proposals from suitably qualified and experienced Contractors for the purpose of carrying out a comprehensive renovation to the roof of Granagh Community Centre as per the details in the Request For Tender (RFT) document and all associated documents and drawings etc Granagh Development Association (GDA) is a voluntary non-profit organisation serving the parish of Granagh and its wider community. Our overall aim is the upkeep of the Community Centre and offering support to both individuals and groups in the development and enhancement of all aspects of community life for the betterment of both residents and visitors alike. In the past number of years Granagh Development Association has carried out a major refurbishment to the interior of the hall as well developing a car park at Liskennett to allow walkers have access to the forest there. Granagh Development Association (GDA) and its Community Centre Sub-Committee is now working on delivering a comprehensive upgrade to its Community Centre roof with primary aim of putting in place a future-proof all-encompassing Community Centre that will be fit-for-purpose for another 50 years and beyond. To give the people of Granagh and its wider Community a centralised Community Centre Building that is accessible, secure, safe, comfortable and fit for purpose for several generations to come. This Contract has been awarded to Behan Builders, Shanagolden, Co. Limerick Lot 266321: Granagh Community Centre Re-roofing Project. See attached documents.
