Framework 638-23 for Memorial Products and Services

Tender description

East Riding of Yorkshire Council is inviting tenders for the provision of Memorial Products to various sites within the area administered by the Council. The Framework is divided into 4 separate Lots: Lot 1 - Supply of Memorial Bases Lot 2 - Installation of Memorial Plaques Lot 3 - Supply and Installation of Memorial Benches Lot 4 - Supply of Memorial Plaques. It is not mandatory to bid for all the Lots and tenderers may bid either for one Lot only, for two or three of the Lots or for all four. Tenderers will not be advantaged or disadvantaged by submitting bids for a higher or lower number of Lots, as it is the Council's intention that each Lot will be awarded individually to the tenderer which has scored the highest overall mark for that particular Lot. The Council reserves the right to add one or more product or service to any of the four Lots similar to any extant product and / or service, or to tweak or delete any extant product and / or service, over the duration of the Framework or any resulting Call-off Order / Contract.
