Tender description

The demolition of all existing structures; removal and safe disposal of asbestos containing materials; alteration to perimeter walls and erection of hoarding, fencing and other security and access elements; structural improvements and weathering necessary to protect the adjoining works; strengthening works to existing elements on and the undertaking of a topographical survey of the remaining structures, drainage, walls and features on the site, on the former Tesco site at Oyster Lane, Crescent Quay and Harper’s Lane, Wexford.
