Local Bus Service Network for West Berkshire September 2024 - August 2032

Tender description

This is a prior notification regarding the intention to tender for the following services. West Berkshire Council are seeking to engage a service operator to run their network of local bus services for 2024 to 2032. This will include provision of vehicles, depot, associated maintenance and drivers. The operator will take complete responsibility for all service operation, vehicle supply and maintenance, driver qualifications / compliance and associated depot costs. The project will use a competitive procedure with negotiation process and full details will be available in due course via the Council's portal - https://in-tendhost.co.uk/westberks. Lot 1: This opportunity will use a Competitive Procedure with Negotiation when the procurement process begins.
