Design and Build Contract for the North East Space Skills and Technology Centre (NESST) Lot 1: Direct Award from NEPO 207 Lot 8 NESST is one of the University's key projects to radically refurbish and extend an existing life expired building in line with an ambitious Capital Programme, which it wishes to deliver in line with its Corporate Strategy.
