Replacement/renewal of 20 energy efficient chalets Lot 1: Replacement/renewal of 20 energy efficient chalets at our Gypsy Travellers site at Double Dykes in Perth that must meet an EPC Band B as a minimum. Scope of works includes the following: Disconnection of all existing services to 20 Chalets Removal of all 20 existing Chalets and concrete slabs Existing drainage/sewage pipes to be upgraded in conjunction with Scottish Water; potential requirement for surface water retention system on site Existing Roads/kerbs to be upgraded 20 new concrete slabs bases to be installed Supply and Installation of 20 New Energy Efficient Chalets that meet EPC Band B as a minimum standard; we are aiming to meet NetZero where possible Relandscaping of existing site Provide new playpark areas Provide new car parking spaces where possible Work will require to be carried out on a phased basis, with existing residents decanted from each phase for the duration of the works on each phase.
