Derby Roadside NO2 Project - Uttoxeter Old Road surface treatment The work is part of the NO2 Project - one of a number of measures required to address roadside NO2 exceedances in a targeted area of the city. The purpose of this package is to provide resilience to Uttoxeter Old Road which will be an alternative route following the introduction of measure to reduce traffic flow through Stafford Street - the core compliance area. This work package is for a new surface on the full length of Uttoxeter Old Road, it will provide a more impervious layer across Uttoxeter Old Road bridge.
