Tender description

As part of this pre-market engagement exercise, NI Water invite Economic Operators to provide feedback and to meet with us to discuss the Facilities Management and Grounds Maintenance contract which we anticipate will be issued to the market in autumn 2023. This will assist NI Water in developing our specification and approach to any future tender process. NI Water would like to hear from suppliers who can deliver facilities management and/or grounds maintenance services. These services are currently delivered via two contracts: C1034- Above Grounds Maintenance and, C1085 Grounds Maintenance contracts. These contracts expire in November 2024 and December 2024 respectively. The new tender exercise will combine these requirements into four separate lots: 2no. Facilities Management lots (NW/SE split) and 2no. Grounds Maintenance lots (NW/SE split). Suppliers are asked to respond to our request for feedback by the submission deadline. Requests for meetings should also be submitted by the closing date and time.
