The overall scope of the project is the construction of a c.3,000m2 GIFA Advanced Building Solution, plus associated car parking, site services, landscaping and related works which will allow for future expansion of the office and production areas, at IDA Cavan Business & Technology Park, Co Cavan Designed to achieve nZEB compliance, the building is to consist of approx. 2,569m2 (27,652ft²) production space with a parapet height of circa. 13.7m (45ft.).
