Herefordshire Council is seeking to appoint an agent to undertake outstanding and forthcoming rent reviews and lease renewals, lease terminations and alterations.\r The Council's requirements will include the following: \r • Regular progress reports\r • Rent reviews to be completed to final memorandum stage signed by tenants \r • Lease renewals/TAW - to be negotiated with the existing tenants to signed Lease or agreement.\r • Liaison with Council's solicitors to the completion of the lease.\r \r The following are not be included within the scope of this tender:\r • seeking or introducing alternative tenants, \r \r Contract period = maximum 30 months\r Additional information: Herefordshire Council has published this contract opportunity on the 'Supplying the Southwest Portal'.
