Tenders are invited from specialist consultants in respect of the provision of retrofit assessment, design and coordination services in accordance with the requirements of , PAS 2035:2019 incorporating Corrigendum No.1 - Retrofitting dwellings for improved energy efficiency - Specification and guidance ('PAS 2035:2019'), to South Holland District Council ("the Council") housing stock.
