Tender description

The division of a large property back in to three separate domestic dwellings, and associated works that are shown on the drawings contained in the Appendices of the tender documents. The property was originally built as three separate dwellings but has been altered to form one large supported housing property. The intension is to now turn it back in to three individual stand alone units. The properties will be vacant and untenanted during the works.
