Refurbishment works at Concordia Leisure Centre.\r The works comprise:-\r \r 1. Strip and re-cover of flat roof area. Including removing and reinstating mechanical & electrical plant & equipment;\r 2. CCTV survey of internal rainwater pipes;\r 3. Strip out & replace aluminium curtain wall system;\r 4. Decorate exposed steelwork to front elevation, and \r 5.
