Tender description

The fit out works will consist of open plan office space, cellular offices, meeting rooms, training rooms, canteen area, storage areas, services areas, and ancillary office accommodation areas. Construction of CAT B Office fit out including, modifications to existing CAT A fit out. The works to be carried out included but are not limited to, the installation of partitions to create meeting rooms, offices, and store rooms. The installation of tenant M and E services throughout, floor finishes, joinery, furniture, and finishes.
