Tender description

The fit out works will consist of open plan office space, cellular offices, meeting rooms, training rooms, canteen area, storage areas, services areas, and ancillary office accommodation areas. Construction of CAT B Office fit out including, modifications to existing CAT A fit out. The works to be carried out included but are not limited to, the installation of partitions to create meeting rooms, offices, and store rooms. The installation of tenant M and E services throughout, floor finishes, joinery, furniture, and finishes. Lot 1: The fit out works will consist of open plan office space, cellular offices, meeting rooms, training rooms, canteen area, storage areas, services areas, and ancillary office accommodation areas. The contract value (II.2.6) is an estimate value and is provided for indicative purposes only. To ensure full transparency to the market the Authority acknowledges that it may transpire during the contract term that the value and spend regarding the services drawn down may be significantly higher than €13,000,000, and may reach a maximum total value of €20 million over the term of the contract.
