INTERNAL ALTERATIONS AND EXTENSION

Tender description

GROUND FLOOR:  Take away complete staircase and cart away, supply & fit new softwood staircase to detail.  Take down section of block wall, door and frame and cart away.  Take down complete block wall between rooms and cart away.  Take away built in unit in recess and cart away.  Take up imitation timber flooring in front room and cart away.  Carefully break up concrete floor in all areas and cart away.  Take down complete Kitchen Units and cart away.  Supply and fit new good quality Kitchen Units and connect to existing services.  Carefully remove all sanitary fixtures and fittings and cart away.  Carefully take down sections of partition surrounding old shower and cart away.  Carefully remove all electrical installation. Supply and fit new to current Regulations.  Carefully remove all door frames etc., and cart away. Supply & fit new hardwood doors and frames together with good quality ironmongery.  Carefully remove all timber windows and cart away. Supply and fit new uPVC double glazed windows colour white with top opening sashes.  Carefully break up concrete yard and cart away. Supply and lay 600 c 600 concrete flags on cement bed on min 200 compacted hardcore laid to falls to gullies.  Carefully remove vegetation, excavate to reduced levels sections of rere yard and cart away.  Carefully remove lean-to galvanise sheeting on rere store and cart away. Supply and fit new double skin insulated metal deck roofing together with soffit, fascia and guttering.  Construct new Bathroom Extension all to Architects details.  Clean off all vegetation on stone boundary wall, rake out joints and repoint in sand and cement and make good all loose stones, brush clean stone wall.  Form new 150 in-situ concrete flat cap on top of wall to full width as per Architect detail.  Take of existing manhole cover and supply and fit new galvanise manhole cover.  Supply and fit new AJ’s and connect to existing foul sewerage system.  Carefully remove all gutters & downpi
